The Inter-tex company, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, guarantees the consumer the right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for a similar one if the product does not satisfy him in terms of shape, dimensions, style, colour, size or for other reasons cannot be used by him as intended. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of appropriate quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.
SECTION 11 – SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be removed from these Terms, such statement shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the date of termination shall survive termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
